About Neil Glat

Neil Glat is an executive in the National Football League and he was named president of the New York Jets in April 2012. Prior to joining the Jets, Glat was the National Football League’s Senior Vice President of Corporate Development. He headed a department responsible for League strategic initiatives, new business development, Club business development and stadium development. Glat has led deal teams and been actively involved in numerous League strategic initiatives. Since he has joined the Jets, Glat focuses on fan engagement initiatives, which include, revamping game day experience, implementing a year-round fan engagement calendar, and launching new platforms such as Jets House during Super Bowl week. Under Glat, the Jets have reconfigured their strategy for season tickets, introducing new benefits, pricing tiers, and products with the goal of attracting more season ticket holders. Glat has been a two-time selection for the Street & Smith’s Sports Business Journal Forty Under 40 Award.
