About Nick Rimando
Nick Rimando is one of the greatest goalkeepers in MLS history. Rimando holds league records for shutouts, wins, saves and appearances. He manned net for Real Salt Lake from 2007-2019, earning six All-Star selections. In 2009, he helped Real Salt Lake win the MLS Cup and he was named MVP of the match. The following year, he keyed a defense that allowed just 20 goals in 30 matches. Rimando originally began his MLS career with the Miami Fusion and also played for D.C. United. He also competed internationally for the United States throughout the years and was a member of the team that won the 2013 CONCACAF Gold Cup.
