About Patrick Surtain Jr.
Patrick Surtain Jr. is a cornerback for the Denver Broncos after being selected ninth in the 2020 NFL draft. Surtain was the latest in a long line of great defensive backs coached by Nick Saban at Alabama. Surtain started for the Crimson Tide beginning as a freshman. He broke out in 2020, winning SEC Defensive Player of Year and being selected as a unanimous All-American. Surtain was a key piece in Alabama's national championship-winning team and he was named MVP of the Rose Bowl.
