About Randy Rahe
Randy Rahe is the head men's basketball coach at Weber State. After coaching all over Colorado and Utah, Rahe got the Weber State job in 2006 and has transformed it into one of the more consistent programs in the country. The Wildcats have advanced to the NCAA Tournament three times under his watch. They have captured five regular season Big Sky Conference championships and three postseason titles. On four occasions, Rahe has been named Big Sky Coach of the Year. In 2015, he also broke the Big Sky's record for career coaching victories. Most famously, Rahe coached future NBA All-Star Damian Lillard at Weber State. Prior to arriving in Ogden, he spent a pair of seasons as an assistant coach at Utah. Rahe was an assitant under Stew Morrill for 13 years at Colorado State and Utah State as well. He got his coaching start as a head coach at the high school level before taking assistant jobs at Colorado College, Colorado, and Denver.
