About Rob Pelinka
Rob Pelinka is the general manager of the Los Angeles Lakers. Pelinka has a unique background, coming from the agent world before joining the Lakers. He was president and CEO of The Landmark Sports Agency, LLC. Pelinka is best known for serving as Kobe Bryant's agent. He was also Kevin Durant's agent and represented several NBA Draft Lottery selections. Prior to becoming an agent, Pelinka was part of one of the most notable teams in college basketball history. He was on the 1989 NCAA Championship team at Michigan and would later make two more Final Fours with the Wolverines. Pelinka continued his schooling after his playing days at Michigan Law School. He worked at Mayer Brown and SFX management before becoming an agent.
