Ronaldo Nazário is widely regarded as one of football's greatest strikers, nicknamed "O Fenômeno" for his explosive speed, dribbling, and finishing. Debuting at Cruzeiro, he starred at PSV, Barcelona, Inter Milan, Real Madrid, AC Milan, and Corinthians, retiring in 2011 after injuries plagued his prime. Internationally, he earned 98 caps for Brazil, scoring 62 goals, winning World Cups in 1994 (squad) and 2002 (Golden Boot, top scorer), and finishing runner-up in 1998. He claimed three FIFA World Player of the Year awards (1996, 1997, 2002) and two Ballon d'Ors (1997, 2002). Post-retirement, he owns Real Valladolid.
