About Ryan Poles
Ryan Poles is the general manager of the Chicago Bears. Poles was tasked with turning the organization around in 2022, after spending 13 seasons with the Kansas City Chiefs in various capacities. He rose all the way to Director of Player Personnel with the Chiefs in 2021. Poles originally began with the organization as a scouting assistant in 2009. He played football at Boston College and was also a graduate assistant there after not making the Bears roster as an undrafted free agent.
