Scottie Barnes is a true star for the Toronto Raptors. Barnes burst onto the scene in his first year, averaging 15.3 points and 7.5 rebounds per game on the way to winning NBA Rookie of the Year. The Raptors selected him with the fourth overall pick in the 2021 NBA Draft out of the Florida State. Barnes spent one season with the Seminoles, earning ACC Freshman of the Year, ACC Sixth Man of the Year and All-ACC Third Team honors.
