About Tim Green
Tim Green has had success in three different career paths. He started out as a tremendous pass rusher for the Atlanta Falcons. The Falcons selected him 17th overall in the 1986 NFL Draft out of Syracuse. In eight seasons in Atlanta, Green had 24 sacks. Since retiring from football, Green has been a successful author and attorney. He has written over 30 novels and made the New York Times best-seller list for “Football Genius”. Most of the books he publishes are geared towards youth. He is passionate about getting children to read and is a vital part of the NFL’s Play60/Read20 initiative. Green has also been practicing for two decades. He joined Barclay Damon LLP as counsel in 1999 and co-founded Team Green Lawyers in 2014. Green has dabbled in the media world as well. He has been an analyst for the NFL on FOX and been featured on an array of other programs.
