About Tobias Harris
Coming out of high school, Tobias Harris was one of the most highly touted basketball prospects we’d seen in years. After earning Mr. New York Basketball honors in 2010 he headed to the University of Tennessee and led the Volunteers with 15 points and 7 rebounds a game in route to earning second-team All-SEC and SEC All-Rookie Team honors. After his freshman year he left Tennessee to pursue a career in the NBA and was selected with the 19th overall pick in the 1st round by the Charlotte Bobcats. Prior to making his debut he was traded to the Milwaukee Bucks and signed a multi-year deal. During his first two seasons in Milwaukee he averaged 5 points and 2 rebounds a game. However, when he was traded to the Orlando Magic in 2012 he came into his own, averaging 17.3 points and 8.5 rebounds in his third season and 14.6 points and 7 rebounds during the 2013 season. Aftet the Magic, he was traded to the Detroit Pistons, then the Los Angeles Clippers in 2018. Harris spent parts of two seasons with the Clippers and then joined the Philadelphia 76ers.
