Rousso began playing poker online since she was a minor under the name Lady Maverick and in 2006 she joined the Professional Poker Tour full time. By the following year, she had jumped to one of the most prominent poker players of the time. Although she has never won a main event on either the World Poker Tour or the World Series of Poker, Rousso has made several appearances at the final tables and has cashed out a total of 24 times, at least once every year since 2005.
