Following his playing career, ex-NFL running back Eddie George has been a renaissance man. He is a partner in a landscape and architecture firm, successful restaurant licenser, and stage actor.

George had a standout eight-year NFL career, rushing for 10,441 yards and 78 touchdowns. He went to four straight Pro Bowls and was a first-team All-Pro with the Tennessee Titans in 2000.

The following season, George helped the Titans reach the Super Bowl, scoring two touchdowns in the championship loss to the St. Louis Rams. His pro success was instantaneous and he won the NFL Offensive Rookie of the Year award in 1996.

Prior to arriving in the NFL, George become one of the greatest Ohio State Buckeyes of all-time. In his final season, he won the Heisman Trophy and was a Consensus All-American.
