Ronda Rousey Gets Endorsement Deal to Become the New Face of Carl's Jr.

The marketing power of mixed martial arts star Ronda Rousey only continues to grow.  Rousey recently finalized a deal to become the face of Carl’s Jr.

The burger chain will be rolling out spots featuring the UFC fighter in the coming weeks.  Carl’s Jr.’s ads have featured many famous women in the past, but Rousey is an entirely different type of ambassador for the company.

Her massive and ever-growing popularity outside of the Octagon has certainly provided extra firepower to interest in each of her fights.  Rousey is a Reebok athlete and a burgeoning film star with recent roles in Expendables 3, Furious 7, and Entourage.

In her MMA career, she is a perfect 12-0 and the current UFC Women’s Bantamweight Champion.  A Rousey fight has never gone to decision and 11 of her bouts have been finished in the first round.

Rousey originally competed in judo, like her mother who was a former world champion in the sport.  In 2008, she became the first American to medal in judo at the Olympics with a bronze.
