About Aaron Jones
Aaron Jones is a running back for the Minnesota Vikings. Jones signed with the Vikings in 2024 after seven seasons with the Green Bay Packers.
During his Packers tenure, he developed into one of the best backs in football. Jones led the league in rushing touchdowns with 16 scores in 2019 and made the Pro Bowl the following year. He had three 1,000-yard rushing campaigns in Green Bay.
Jones exploded onto the scene as a main contributor during his second season. At one point, Jones was leading the NFL in yards per carry. He finished the season with 728 yards and eight touchdowns.
Jones was a bit of an afterthought at first, coming into the league as a fifth round pick out of UTEP in 2017. He was a highly productive player for his hometown Miners, however, and racked up 1,773 yards and 17 touchdowns during his final college season.
