About Adam Gase
Adam Gase is a former NFL head coach, most recently with the New York Jets. Gase took the Jets job after three seasons as head coach of the Miami Dolphins. In his first season with the Dolphins, 2016, he led them to a 10-6 record and their first playoff appearance since 2008. Gase originally gained a reputation as a top coach in the league for working with Peyton Manning while serving as the Denver Broncos offensive coordinator from 2013-14. He also helped Jay Cutler have a revival season as the Chicago Bears offensive coordinator in 2015. Prior to becoming a coordinator, Gase was the Broncos wide receivers coach for four years. He got his start in the NFL with the Detroit Lions, moving up the ranks of their coaching staff from 2003-07. Gase got his coaching start on the college level with NIck Saban at LSU. He had also worked as a coaching staff assistant under Saban while in college at Michigan State.
