About Allison Feaster
Allison Feaster is a retired American professional basketball player and current Vice President of Team Operations & Organizational Growth for the Boston Celtics. A Harvard graduate, she would leave the Ivy League setting multiple women’s basketball records, including second all-time in points and third in rebounds. She was the first athlete in any sport to be named Ivy League Player of the Year three times from 1996-1998 and led No. 16 Harvard to a historic upset over No. 1 seed Stanford in the NCAA Tournament.
Feaster was drafted fifth overall to the Los Angeles Sparks and would play for Charlotte Sting and Indiana Fever and overseas in Europe until 2016. Upon retirement, she joined the NBA’s Basketball Operations Associate Program. She found herself in the Celtics front office soon after rising to VP in 2020.
She co-leads Boston Celtics United, a social justice initiative addressing racial inequities, and serves on the NCAA Board of Governors. Feaster is a trailblazer for women and women of color in NBA front offices.
