Amber English is an American hero in more ways than one. English is a lieutenant in the U.S. Army. At the same time, she has pursued her Olympic dream. For English, the third time was a charm as she qualified for the U.S. Olympic shotgun team in her third attempt. She went on to win gold in skeet shooting at the Tokyo Games. English also has an Olympic record by hitting 56 of her 60 targets. She also has two medals from the 2018 World Championships, including a gold in the skeet team competition.
