About Aurélien Giraud
Aurélien Giraud is a professional street skateboarder known for his goofy-footed stance. Hailing from Lyon, France, he started skateboarding at age five and won his first national competition, the V7 Teenage Tour, at seven. Giraud rose to prominence in the 2015 Tampa Am victory and has since secured notable wins, including three World Cup Skateboarding events (2017, 2019), a Dew Tour Gold (2019), and a national championship (2019, 2022).
He placed sixth at the Tokyo 2020 Olympics and took second at the 2022 World Street Skateboarding event in Rome. He skates for iconic skate brands like Etnies, Plan B, and Monster Energy.
