About Brandon Lloyd
Brandon Lloyd was a dependable NFL wide receiver anywhere he landed. His breakout season came in 2010 with the Denver Broncos when he made his only Pro Bowl. That year, Lloyd caught 77 passes for a league-leading 1,448 yards and 11 touchdowns. In addition to the Pro Bowl honors, he was also named a second team All-Pro. Two years later, Lloyd would also stand out in New England, catching 74 passes for 911 yards and four scores for the Patriots. The San Francisco 49ers originally selected him in the fourth round of the 2003 NFL Draft. He played his first three seasons in the Bay Area. Lloyd has one of the better careers in University of Illinois history. As a sophomore, he was a first team All-Big 10 pick and the Illini went to the Sugar Bowl. Lloyd finished his career with the second most receiving yards and touchdowns in program history.
