About Chris Thompson
Chris Thompson is a running back for the Jacksonville Jaguars. The Washington Redskins originally drafted Thompson in the fifth round of the 2013 NFL Draft. He was primarily used as a reserve running back during his seven seasons with the Redskins. One of his greatest impacts came in Washinton's opening round 2016 playoff game against the Green Bay Packers. In that contest, Thompson became a dangerous pass-catching target out of the backfield, grabbing eight passes for 89 yards. Prior to joining the Redskins, he played college football at Florida State. Thompson was a part of the FSU squad that won the Atlantic Coast Conference in 2012.
