About Dave Caldwell
Dave Caldwell was originally hired as the general manager of the Jacksonville Jaguars in 2013. He was previously a part of the Atlanta Falcons front office for five seasons. He was originally the Falcons' director of college scouting before spending the final year as their director of player personnel. During Caldwell's tenure in Atlanta, the Falcons went to the playoffs four times. For ten years, he worked under Hall of Fame executive Bill Polian with the Indianapolis Colts. He originally joined the organization as a scout in 1998 and saw them win Super Bowl XLI. Caldwell got his start in football as a scouting assistant under Polian with the Carolina Panthers.
