Denard Robinson

Denard Robinson is one of the most dynamic athletes to grace the college and NFL gridiron. At the University of Michigan, he broke the FBS record for most career rushing yards by a quarterback and became the only player in NCAA history to throw for 1,500 yards and rush for 1,500 yards in a season. He led the Big Ten in both rushing and total offense in 2010 in route to earning Big Ten Player of the Year and first-team All-American honors. That season he became the only player in NCAA history to earn All-American honors at three different positions. While at Michigan he also ran track, posting personal bests of 6.81 in the 60m and 10.44 in the 100m dash. He finished his football career at Michigan with 6,250 yards passing, 4,495 rushing yards and 91 total touchdowns.

The Jacksonville Jaguars subsequently selected Robinson in the fifth round of the 2013 NFL Draft. He spent four seasons as a player for the franchise before becoming a coach and scout in Jacksonville. In 2022, the Wolverines brought Robinson back to Ann Arbor as their Assistant Director of Player Personnel.
