About Donald Driver
Donald Driver is a multi-talented athlete and entertainer. In 1999 he joined the Green Bay Packers in the National Football League as a seventh round pick out of Alcorn State University. While playing at Alcorn State he caught 88 passes for 1,993 yards and was named Athlete of the Year in his conference multiple times for her performance on the football field and on the track. After being selected with the 213th pick in the 1999 NFL Draft he joined the Packers for 13 seasons and earned four Pro Bowl selections. During that span he helped the Packers to a win in Super Bowl XLV and earned the Packers Walter Payton Man of the Year Award and the Ed Block Courage Award in 2005 for his commitment to leadership, team and community. Driver retired in 2012 as the Packers all-time leader in receptions with 743 and receiving yards with 10,137. After his retirement he began writing and became a New York Times best selling author. He also joined the cast of “Dancing With the Stars” and brought home the Season 14 title.
