About Eli Manning
Eli Manning is one of the greatest athletes in New York sports history. Manning quarterbacked the New York Giants for sixteen seasons and holds every major passing record in team history. He most notably led the Giants to wins in Super Bowl XLII and XLVI, winning MVP honors both times. Manning was also a four-time Pro Bowler and his 210 consecutive games played streak from 2004-17 is the third-longest in NFL history. Manning was originally selected with the top overall pick in the 2004 NFL Draft. He played college football at Ole Miss, whereby the end of his career he had either broken or tied 45 different records for the school. Manning also took home Maxwell Award, was named SEC Offensive Player of the Year and finished third in the Heisman Trophy voting in his final season with the Rebels., Above all his achievements, however, Manning may be best recognized as a member of the legendary Manning family. His father, Archie, was a star in college at Ole Miss and with the New Orleans Saints and his brother Peyton is considered one of the greatest quarterbacks in league history.
