About Gerald Sensabaugh
From 2005 to 2012 Gerald Sensabaugh was one of the best safeties in the National Football League. After the Jacksonville Jaguars selected him with the 157th overall pick in the 5th round of the 2005 NFL Draft he went on a tear, recording 70 tackles and 4 interceptions while also pulling special teams duty in just 13 games as a rookie. In 2009 he signed on with the Dallas Cowboys and continued to perform on the field, posting 209 tackles and 7 interceptions until his retirement in 2011, bring his grand total to 411 career tackles and 14 interceptions. In 2011 he announced his retirement from the NFL stating that he wanted to move on to other pursuits. In 2014 he began fishing in the Bassmaster Open Series and is currently attempting to quality for the Elite Series. Along with his pursuit of a professional fishing career he also enjoys spending time with his wife and three young sons.
