About Gorman Thomas
Gorman Thomas was one of the most feared home run hitters of his generation. Thomas spent the first nine seasons of his career with the Milwaukee Brewers and was a fan favorite. He led the American League in home runs twice and was an All-Star in 1981. The following season, he helped the Brewers reach the World Series. Thomas was traded to the Cleveland Indians in 1984 and also played for the Seattle Mariners before spending one final season in Milwaukee in 1986. He continues to work with the Brewers organization, specifically as a tie-in with Gorman's Grill inside American Family Field. Thomas is also part of the Walk of Fame at the stadium.
