About Gary Sanchez
Gary Sanchez is a standout for the Baltimore Orioles. Sanchez got his first call-up to the big leagues with the New York Yankees in 2015, playing in two games. He truly made his mark following his promotion back to the major league roster late in the 2016 season. Sanchez hit his first nine career home runs in a record low 27 at-bats. After hitting four home runs the week of August 22nd, he was named American League Player of the Week. The Yankees originally signed Sanchez in 2009 as an international free agent. As he climbed through the minor leagues, he was regularly regarded as one of the 100 best prospects in baseball.
