About Josh Gordon
Josh Gordon is a Houston, Texas native and chose to play football for his homestate Baylor Bears after a standout prep career at Lamar High School. During his senior year in high school he helped his track team to Texas State Championships in the 4x100-meter and 4x200 meter relays while also catching 25 passes for 531 yards and nine touchdowns. In 2012 the Cleveland Browns selected Gordon in the second round of the Supplemental Draft. Upon signing a four-year, $5.3 million contract with the Browns he became one of their team’s top targets. As a rookie in 2012 he caught 50 passes for 805 yards and five touchdowns. The following year he led the NFL with 1,646 receiving yards and became the only player in NFL history to record consecutive 200 yard receiving games in the regular season. His performance earned him First-Team All-Pro honors and a spot in the Pro-Bowl. Gordon was with the Browns through early in the 2018 season when he was traded to the New England Patriots. He was a productive player over parts of two seasons for the Patriots before he signed with the Seattle Seahawks.
