About Julius Randle
Julius Randle is a forward for the Minnesota Timberwolves. Randle joined the Timberwolves after a tremendous five-year run with the New York Knicks. In that time, he became a three-time All-Star and two-time All-NBA team member. He was also the NBA Most Improved Player in 2021.
Randle spent the first four seasons of his career with the Los Angeles Lakers after being selected with the seventh overall pick in the 2014 NBA Draft. He had his first season of averaging over 20 points per game after being traded to the New Orleans Pelicans in 2018.
Randle played one season at the University of Kentucky in 2013-14 and averaged 15 points and 10.4 rebounds a game in route to earning SEC Rookie of the Year and first-team All-SEC honors. He signed with the Wildcats out of Prestonwood Christian High School in Plano, Texas, where he earned McDonald’s All-American honors after averaging an astounding 32.5 points and 22.5 rebounds per game.
