About Kathleen Baker
Kathleen Baker is one of Team USA's top swimmers. She is a two-time Olympic medalist, having won a gold in the 4x100 m relay and a silver in the 100 m backstroke at the 2016 Games. Baker currently holds the world records in both events. She has won seven world championships. She attended the University of California, but she turned pro in 2018. Baker is one of several athletes who has been diagnosed with Crohn's Disease and she often speaks about overcoming challenges related to the disease.
