About Kevin Williams
Kevin Williams was a first round pick of the Minnesota Vikings in 2003 after contributing as a key member of the Oklahoma State University defensive front for three seasons and leading them to a bowl game in 2002. After putting his skills on display in the 2003 Senior Bowl and at the NFL Draft combine he joined the Vikings and began a decorated career. From 2003 to 2013 he earned six Pro Bowl selections and was named a five-time All-Pro. In just seven years he earned his way on to the NFL 2000’s All-Decade Team and went on to record 463 tackles and 60 sacks in 10 seasons with the Vikings at the defensive tackle position. He also managed to score two touchdowns. In 2014 the Seahawks signed Williams to a one-year contract worth over $2 million with the hopes that he would provide a veteran presence as they attempt to repeat as Super Bowl Champions.
