About Kimi Räikkönen
Kimi Räikkönen, nicknamed "The Iceman," is a Finnish former Formula One driver and the 2007 World Champion. Known for his blunt personality, minimal media interaction, and love of partying, he raced from 2001 to 2021, winning 21 grands prix with Ferrari (2007–2009, 2014–2018) and McLaren (2002–2006). He holds the records for most podiums (103) without a pole position and the fastest lap in a race (until 2024). Räikkönen took sabbaticals from rallying and NASCAR truck racing before returning to F1 with Lotus (2012–2013). After retiring in 2021, he stepped away from the motorsport spotlight, focusing on family and occasional motocross. With 349 starts, he remains the most experienced F1 driver ever.
