About Marc Bulger
Marc Bulger was an NFL quarterback for 11 seasons and a two-time Pro Bowler. Bulger kept the St. Louis Rams “Greatest Show on Turf” afloat in the early 2000s in the post-Kurt Warner era. He took the Rams to the playoffs twice and at one time was the highest paid player in franchise history. In 2004, Bulger was MVP of the Pro Bowl. He never saw the field for any other team, although he did play one final NFL season as Joe Flacco’s backup for the Baltimore Ravens. Bulger finished his pro career with over 22,000 yards passing and 122 touchdowns. He was originally a sixth round pick out of West Virginia, where he at one time held 20 passing records. Bulger was born and raised in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. His family is full of athletes. Bulger’s father was a Notre Dame quarterback, his brother played golf for the Irish, and one sister was drafted into the WNBA while the other played basketball for West Virginia. Since retirement, he has appeared on the Golf Channel’s Big Break NFL Puerto Rico and been heavily involved in the operation of the Marc Bulger Foundation.
