About Marvin Jones
Marvin Jones starred at Etiwanda High School in Los Angeles, California and scored 10 touchdowns on 81 catches and 1,040 receiving yards as a senior in 2008. After setting school records in receiving and leading his team to a Baseline League Championship during his senior year he signed with the University of California, Berkeley. While playing at Cal he caught 156 passes for 2,270 yards and 13 touchdowns, including 62 receptions for 846 yards and three touchdowns as a senior. In 2011 he earned honorable mention All-Pac 12 honors and began working towards making his NFL dreams come true.
The Cincinnati Bengals selected Jones in the fifth round of the 2012 NFL Draft, and he quickly made an impact for his team. After four solid seasons with the Bengals, Jones became a 1,000-yard receiver for the first time in 2017 with the Detroit Lions. He remained a productive part of the passing game in Detroit prior to joining the Jacksonville Jaguars in 2021.
