About Michael Hill
Michael Hill is the president of baseball operations for the Miami Marlins. Hill was previously the team's general manager for 2007-13. He first joined the Marlins' front office in 2002. From 1995-99, Hill helped the expansion Tampa Bay Devil Rays build a team as an assistant in their scouting and player development departments. He also served as the Colorado Rockies director of playerdevelopment. Hill is a graduate of Harvard University who played minor league baseball for two seasons in the Texas Rangers organization.
