While he is now retired, Nate Jackson played professional football in the National Football League from 2003 to 2008. He began playing in high school where he was able to develop and exhibit his skills enough to make it to the next level of playing in college. While at Menlo College he was a key factor in getting the school attention for its athletic programs. His success on the field led to him setting several school records and he has since been inducted into the schools Athletics Hall of Fame. He then made the transition to the NFL when he signed as an undrafted free agent in 2002. Nate continued to have success as a professional, for the few years he was in the league.
