About Nick Bosa
Nick Bosa is a defensive end for the San Francisco 49ers. Boas was the first defensive player selected in the 2019 NFL Draft when the Niners took him second overall. He dominated in two-plus seasons of action at Ohio State. Bosa started on the defensive line from his freshman season forward. That first year, he was named a Freshman All-American by ESPN. He turned it up as a sophomore, collecting 8.5 sacks on the way to being named the Big Ten Defensive Lineman of the Year and a first-team All-Big Ten selection. Bosa also helped the Buckeyes win the Big Ten that season. As a junior, he had four sacks through his first three games before suffering a season-ending injury. Bosa comes from a football family. His older brother, Joey, is with the Los Angeles Chargers and is one of the league's best defensive players. Bosa's father, John, also played three seasons in the NFL.
