Peter Boulware

Four-time Pro Bowler Peter Boulware has spent his entire nine-year career with the Baltimore Ravens. Boulware was a member of the Ravens’ Super Bowl XXXV squad and is a member of the team’s Ring of Honor. When he retired in 2005, his 70 sacks were a franchise record. As the fourth overall pick in the 1997 NFL Draft, Boulware had an immediate impact as a pro. He was the 1997 Defensive Rookie of the Year after collecting 66 tackles and 12 sacks. Boulware attended Florida State and played during a portion of the Seminoles heyday. The Football News named him the National Defensive Player of the Year as a junior. Boulware was also a consensus first-team All-American and the ACC Defensive Player of the Year. The 19 sacks he collected that season is a Seminoles record. After his playing career, Boulware pursued politics and narrowly lost an election for a seat in the Florida House of Representatives. He did join the Florida Board of Education following the election. Boulware is the vice president of Legacy Toyota and runs the Community Leadership Academy with his wife in Tallahassee.
