About Peter Warrick
Peter Warrick was a star at Florida State and went on to a six-year NFL career. Warrick played for the Cincinnati Bengals and Seattle Seahawks after being the fourth overall pick of the 2000 NFL Draft. His best pro season came in 2003, when he caught 79 passes for 819 yards and seven touchdowns. For the Seminoles, he was a two-time consensus All-American and three-time All-ACC performer. FSU went to back-to-back BCS National Championship games in his junior and senior seasons. Warrick was the MVP of his final game in the Sugar Bowl, going for 160 yards and three touchdowns. He still holds the Seminoles record for most receiving touchdowns in a career. Warrick was considered the nation’s top wide receiver recruit at Southeast High School in Bradenton, Florida. He was a Parade All-American in football, the Florida 5A Player of the Year in basketball, and a two-time state champion long jumper.
