About Quinn Hughes
Jack Hughes has an amazing family legacy in hockey and has been a stalwart since debuting for the Vancouver Canucks in 2018. Hughes debuted in 2019, but during his first full season in 2020, he was named an NHL All-Star. As a defenseman, he led all rookies in points and was a finalist for the Calder Memorial Trophy.
Perhaps one could see Hughes' success coming from a mile away due to his bloodlines. His mother played for the U.S. women's national team, his father is a longtime coach and executive and both of his brothers were top five picks in the NHL Entry Draft. Hughes himself was originally selected by Vancouver out of the University of Michigan with the seventh pick in 2018. While with the Wolverines, he was two-time All-Big Ten pick.
