About Rob Chudzinski
Prior to becoming a coach, Rob Chudzinski played football in high school and college. In college he played for the University of Miami and became a three year starter at tight end for the program in route to winning the National Championship in 1987. After graduating from Miami he began his coaching career at his alma mater in 1994 as a graduate assistant. Over time he moved up the ladder to tight ends coach and eventually offensive coordinator for the Hurricanes by the start of the 2001 season. He has also worked for several NFL teams including the San Diego Chargers, the Carolina Panthers, and the Cleveland Browns where he got his first experience as a head coach in 2013. Rob has now found a home with the Indianapolis Colts as a special assistant to head coach Chuck Pagano who he worked with in his time coaching at the University of Miami.
