About Ronnie Gajownik
Ronnie Gajownik is the latest woman blazing a trail through the baseball managerial ranks. In 2023, Gajownik became the first female manager at the High-A level of Minor League Baseball with the Hillsboro Hops. She was given a promotion in the Diamondbacks system after serving as a coach in their system in 2022. Gajownik's first job with the DBacks was as the Hops video assistant in 2021. She brings a playing background to the bench, with time spent with Team USA's women's baseball team.
