Ruston Webster

Prior to his work in the NFL, Ruston Webster went to college at the University of Mississippi. He began his professional career working in the front office of the National Football League’s Tampa Bay Buccaneers. His first role for the organization was as a scout. After spending some time with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, he landed a job with the Seattle Seahawks as the vice president of player personnel while under the team general manager Tim Ruskell. After serving some time as the vice president of player personnel for the Seahawks his work was noticed and he was granted a promotion to the position in the organization of interim general manager. After serving time with the Seahawks, he went on to become the executive vice president and general manager of the Tennessee Titans, a position that Webster currently still serves in.
