About Shariff Floyd

Sharrif Floyd is a University of Florida product and earned First Team All-American and First-Team All-SEC honors as a junior in 2012 before heading to the NFL as a first round pick of the Minnesota Vikings in 2013. At the 2013 NFL Combine several scouts considered Floyd the top player in the entire draft due to his unique combination of intelligence, instincts, speed, strength and explosiveness. At 6’3, 300 pounds he ran a sub five 40 yard dash and displayed the skills he would need to be a top defensive lineman in the NFL. Since joining the Vikings in 2013 he has accumulated 55 tackles and 7 sacks, with 4.5 of those sacks coming in the 2014 season. Each week Floyd takes the field with a tenacity that is unmatched in the league and with an enthusiasm for winning the rivals the greatest players to ever play the game.
