About Steph Hammerman
Steph Hammerman holds the distinction of being the first female CrossFit coach to have Cerebral Palsy. She was born three months premature and developed CP shortly after birth. Hammerman is also a cancer survivor. She serves as an inspiration to adaptive athletes everywhere. In addition to speaking, Hammerman also leads audiences in "adaptive" workouts.
