About Taylor Lipsett
Taylor Lipsett is an Olympic Ice Sledge Hockey player, representing the United States. He isdiagnosed with Osteogenesis imperfecta, which is a disease that causes ones bones to beextremely brittle and prone to fracture. Originally from Texas, Lipsett graduated from SouthernMethodist University, and has represented the United States in the 2006, 2010, and 2014Olympics. In Lipsett’s first Olympics, the 2006 games in Tourin, he helped America win thebronze medal, but in the next two, Vancouver and Sochi, the United States has won the goldmedal in sledge hockey. Lipsett is currently on the team and is training for a “three-peat” oftheir gold medal status in the 2018 Olympics.
