Tommy Tuberville

Tommy Tuberville is a former college football coach and current U.S. Senator representing Alabama. He began his career at the high school level at Hermitage High School in his native Arkansas before getting his first job in the college ranks as an assistant coach at Arkansas State University. Tommy also gained valuable experience at the University of Miami where he started as a graduate assistant and worked his way up the ranks all the way up to defensive coordinator in route to guiding the team to three national championships. That experience at Miami led to Tuberville securing his first head coaching job at the University of Mississippi. Between Ole Miss and Auburn, his teams won five SEC Western Division titles and one SEC Championship. While with Cincinnati, Tuberville also captured a share of the American Athletic Conference title in 2014. Tommy has also been recognized as the AFCA Coach of the Year, received the Paul Bear Bryant Award, and been the SEC Coach of the Year twice.
