About Vince Wilfork
Standing at just 6'1" but 325 lbs. Vince Wilfork is no easy man to run past. That is exactly the role he takes on as a defensive tackle for the New England Patriots. Before turning professional, Wilfork attended the University of Miami where he played in every game for 3 years on the Hurricanes defensive line. His junior year would be his best, finishing with 64 tackles and 20 QB hurries. Following that year, Wilfork entered the 2004 NFL Draft and was selected 21st overall by the Patriots. Since entering the League, Wilfork has been nothing short of spectacular; recording 516 career tackles with 16 sacks and adding on 7 forced turnovers. For his efforts, he has been named to 5 Pro Bowls, one First-Team All Pro selection, and has helped the Pats to 4 Super Bowl trips, winning 2 of them.
