About Zach Johnson
Zach Johnson is a highly successful American golfer and 11-time winner on the PGA Tour. Johnson won the 2007 Masters by two shots over Tiger Woods, Retief Goosen, and Rory Sabbatini. In 2014, he reached a career-high of seventh in the World Golf Rankings. During his rookie season on the PGA Tour in 2004, Johnson captured victory at the BellSouth Classic. He had just come off a year where he was the leading money winner and Player of the Year on the Nationwide Tour. Four times Johnson has represented the U.S. in the Ryder Cup. He originally turned pro in 1998 out of Drake University. The Cedar Rapids, Iowa native operates the Zach Johnson Foundation that gives back to families in his home community. Companies like Titleist, Transamerica, Oakley, and John Deere sponsor Johnson. He currently lives in St. Simons Island, Georgia. Johnson is a devout Christian who often has scripture inscribed on his golf ball.
