Kenworthy has won the AFP World Championship in 2011, 2012 and 2013. He debuted on the Olympic stage in 2014 and won a silver medal in slopestyle. Kenworthy won his first Winter X Games medal, a bronze, in slopestyle in 2013. He also captured silver medals in slopestyle and superpipe at the 2016 Winter X Games.
